Announcement of Partnership between Creww and PT RUANG KREASI BERDAYA (KUMPUL)

TOKYO, JAPAN, August 4, 2025 - Creww Inc. (Japan Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Sorato Ijichi, hereinafter “Creww”), Japan’s leading open innovation platform provider, is pleased to announce our partnership with PT RUANG KREASI BERDAYA (KUMPUL), an ecosystem enabler based in Indonesia committed to accelerating entrepreneurship and innovation through inclusive, scalable, and collaborative programs, along with Creww Korea, Creww's base in Korea, dedicated to fostering cross-border innovation between Korea and Asia (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties").

The purpose of this MoU is to establish a strategic, non-binding framework for cooperation between the Parties to support the growth and internationalization of startups and innovation ecosystems in Indonesia, Japan, and Korea through joint activities, resource sharing, and mutual recognition.
The Parties commit to a collaborative partnership aimed at strengthening regional startup ecosystems across three countries. Key areas of cooperation include mutual ecosystem recognition and joint visibility, the co-design of Open Innovation programs, and facilitation of cross-border market access for startups. They will also collaborate on international events, knowledge exchange, and the co-development of incubation or acceleration programs.
The MoU leaves room for other mutually agreed activities to deepen cooperation and drive innovation.
